BARBARA DOWELL (19 July 1926 - 30 April 2019) Barbara Dowell (nee Cornelius) was born in London on 19 July 1926, but moved to Durban with her parents and brother when she was four year old. She passed away peacefully in Durban in the early hours of 30 April 2019 aged 92.

Durban, Friday, 12th April 2019 - The SA National Aquatic Championships successfully concluded tonight with nine athletes clocking 12 FINA Qualification times and seven Para-swimmers posting 14 IPC Qualifying times during the five day competition, which took place at the Kings Park Aquatics Centre in Durban.
